This once a week class is a fun and engaging fitness hour designed for children ages 5 to 12 that focuses on developing strength, coordination, balance, and overall fitness through playful, age-appropriate activities. The program incorporates functional movements like running, jumping, lifting, and climbing, helping kids improve physical skills while fostering teamwork, confidence, and a love for being active.

Our Teens program is designed for teenagers, ages 12 to 17. We focus on building strength, endurance, and overall athleticism through functional movements like lifting, running, and bodyweight exercises. The program emphasizes proper technique, injury prevention, and mental resilience, providing a safe, supportive environment where teens can improve their fitness levels, boost confidence, and develop important life skills like discipline, teamwork, and goal-setting.
